TICS-AP
Research Group Information and Communication Technologies in Primary Care
The TICS-AP group is a multidisciplinary group in which nurses, medical doctors and computer engineers. The members of TICS-AP belong to different areas of Primary Care, including management, research and assistance. The group is integrated to the USR- Camp de Tarragona. One of the researchers is the IDIAP Jordi Gol research technician. In addition, they maintain a close collaboration with the Health Agency of Catalonia and with the Rovira i Virgili University. The general objective of the group is to design and develop various interventions that integrate 2.0 tools and ICTs, and evaluate the effectiveness of these interventions to improve the health of patients seen in primary care.
