Group for Research in Sexual and Reproductive Health Care
The Group's lines of work are the promotion of health in pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and baby, gynaecological and menstrual health, sexual and reproductive health of young people, contraception, voluntary termination of pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections, and the use of Information and Communication Technologies for Sexual and Reproductive Health and related gender violence.
Currently, these lines are developed from the perspective of Sex and Gender Diversity and the environmental footprint. The main objective of the group is the enhancement, improvement of the quality and consolidation of the research carried out in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health Care, of the North Metropolitan Territorial Management of the Catalan Institute of Health, with international significance.
It is made up of researchers with different professional profiles and coordinates with other research groups, both in primary and hospital care.
