Research Group in Interventions and Determinants Associates to Healthy Ageing

Group made up of Family Doctors and Primary Care Nurses interested in ageing, new technologies and the prevention of falls, with collaborations with the Geriatrics and Rehabilitation services of the Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital and the Rehabilitation Service of the Calella Hospital. 

There is also collaboration with the Institute of Clinical Biomechanics of Dr. José Luis Parreño Catalán.

The group is also associated with the Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) with ISCiii accreditation of excellence. The group's research objective is to deepen our knowledge of the determinants associated with healthy aging, especially in everything related to changes in postural balance and falls.
