RETICAP
Multidisciplinary Research Group in Therapeutics and Interventions in Primary Care
It is a multidisciplinary team formed by professionals from Family Medicine and Primary Care (PC) Pediatrics, PC Nursing,Physiotherapy, Psychology, Psychopedagogy, Speech Therapy and Education.
Focused on the search for health status and diseases considering epidemiology, prevalence, vaccination coverage, comorbidities and polymedication, as well as pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments and related to interventions for prevention and health promotion in line with the strategic lines of care of PC and the adequacy of clinical practice guidelines.
It incorporates a line of non-pharmacological therapeutic interventions through Animal Assisted Interventions (AAI). The members of the group have participated in different research projects, published in high impact journals, presented communications in national and international scientific congresses; one thesis read and others directed in the field of Health and Psychopedagogy.
